Canton –Single mothers, pack your bags, invite a friend and let us treat you to a weekend of fun, inspiration, helps and encouragement. You won’t want to miss a minute of this fun-filled “Lifesavers for Single Moms” exciting event! Join us as we welcome our extraordinary guest speaker, Laura Sabin Cabanillas. Laura is an accomplished speaker, writer and counselor. Her boundless energy and contagious enthusiasm will be the first thing to captivate you. Her deepest desire is to help equip and encourage women to live life to the fullest. She speaks from her own personal brokenness. Her passion for life, humorous stories and Biblical insights will inspire you. The break-out sessions being offered throughout the day on Saturday include; legal advice, budgeting, car maintenance, home organization, building healthy relationships, positive parenting, dressing for success and others.
Host homes are made available for those attendees who would like to spend the night in Canton on Friday evening. The event, including all meals, sessions and helps are offered free of charge, however a $10.00 commitment fee is required upon registration. It will be returned to attendees at the conclusion of the retreat on Saturday evening.
